The Lost Boy and Drug Addiction

OMG! I was shocked to know that one of the Lost Boys, Corey Haim, just died yesterday morning March 10th. I can still recall the first time I've watch the movie almost 23 years ago in 1987 with my sister, it really freaked me out and I really had difficulty sleeping that night. It's just so sad that many people thinks that his death is somehow associated with his addiction to drugs. Los Angeles police who investigated the case said that Haim died Wednesday morning of an apparent drug overdose.
His mother Judy called 911
after he was found unresponsive at 12:53 am, he was then rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead at 2:15 a.m.

It's really is a sad news and I really feel for her mother. I can only imagine what her feelings are when she received the news that her precious son just died with a possibility that the cause of death is somehow associated with his drug addiction. There are thousands of people like Judy who does have loved ones who are drug dependent and I can feel their agony seeing their loved ones destroy their lives before their eyes, however, there are some institutions that are willing to help drug dependent individuals who wants to change their bad ways and improve their lives. Those facilities are called drug rehabilitation center. In Michigan area, there are a number of Michigan Drug Rehab who could help drug addicts change their ways and somehow cope up with their urges to take non prescription drugs. Those Drug Rehab in Michigan could help them find the best treatment possible for their individual needs. MI Drug Rehab often removes an individual from those old negative environments and offers safe and reliable programs that helps them clear their minds and allows them to focus on getting healthy.

If you have family or friends who are experiencing drug addiction, help them by sending them off to drug rehabilitation center. Now is the time, before its too late. Condolence to Haim family.
